This season, Karen took her inspiration from iconic English
lady of punk, Siouxsie Sioux.
My first ever purchase from Rockinghorse Records in the
early 80's was The Birthday Party album and a Siouxsie & The Banshees T-shirt.
One day I may show you a photo of me wearing it but I did have
short red hair at the time. Yikes!
Siouxsie known for her amazing vocal style is also well known for
her hair, her eye makeup (those brows!) and her very unique style of dressing.

I love this preview!
I can't stop watching it.
Written by Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach and directed
by Baumbach, the film also start Greta Gerwig as Frances
with Grace Gummer, Adam Driver, Michael Zegen and Patrick Heusinger.
Frances Ha made official selection for the Toronto, New York, Sydney
and Melbourne Film Festivals and has had positively glowing reviews
as a piece filled with positive energy.
Bling Ring
This is a trailer that I've had trouble watching but knowing
how much I have loved Sofia Coppola's other films (Virgin Suicides,
Lost in Translation, Marie Antoinette, Somewhere),
I am keen to see it.
Both of these films are showing now at Palace Cinemas.
