this delivery show subtle references with gold cross pulls on 
zips.
More obvious though is Geoffrey J Finch's nod to our
Kylie circa 1990 something...

Machotaildrop
Australian Premier 7th of July


Art house movie enthusiasts
Matt gives one lucky movie goer a Pass Port skateboard, courtesy of Nine Lives and The Outpost.

Another successful sold out event this week with the Australian premier
of Canadian art house film, Machotaildrop.
This showing was organized by Matt Brady from The Outpost, with thanks to the
film's producer Oliver Linsley and Genevieve Kelly from Palace Cinemas. 
The film will show again shortly in Melbourne as part of the
Melbourne International Film Festival.

a new exhibition at Nine Lives Gallery

Artist Mike Bennett setting up his work for the big show

Mike Bennett is a Sydney based artist.
He completed a Fine Arts Degree at the College of Fine Arts, 
Darlinghurst in 2009.

This is Mike's second solo show, after his first
at Palmer Projects in Sydney last year.
He has also been a part of several group shows in Sydney
including China Heights and Monster Children Galleries.

My goal this weekend is to see I Am Love,
the new movie starring the amazing Tilda Swinton.
